NWOT Blue Paisley Print Maxi Dress

NWOT Blue paisley print maxi dress. I wasn't able to get a full length picture and there is no tag. However, based off of the measurements I'd say this is a small. The straps are adjustable and it's completely lined. It has some ruffles on the chest with a few non-functioning buttons. How cute would this be with a jean jacket and wedges!? Check out the jean jacket that's listed separately in my closet. Laying flat measurements are approx- Waist- 13" Length- 37" (from bottom of the waist) For reference, I'm 5'3" and about and inch is on the floor. Its been washed and is ready to wear!
