NWOT Blue Striped Sleeveless Bandage Blouse

Super cute sleeveless, tie-strap, striped blouse (peplum style). Looks adorable and the shoulder straps can be adjusted and tied according to comfort. There is a zipper on the left side. I never got a chance to wear it, as it’s the wrong size for me. I’m a small, but this would fit a medium (or Petite-large) size better. :)
