NWOT Blue & White Pencil Skirt

NWOT blue and white pencil skirt. Has a zipper closure on the back and a slit at the bottom of the back. Made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex. The inside lining almost looks and feels like mesh. Everything is always washed and ready to wear!
