New without tags blue and white striped midi dress! Size medium. Amazon purchase. 65% polyester/35% cotton. Tie shoulders, ruching at bust. Approximate measurements: 26" - 34" bust, up to a 32" waist (can stretch to 40" but the ruching would not look good), up to a 44" hip. Unfortunately, I gained weight before I could wear it!
