NWOT Blue floral lightweight skirt

Perfect for a garden party! I purchased this to wear to the Virginia Gold Cup, but wound up wearing pants after it rained and never found another chance to wear this great skirt. Bright floral colours, a few inverted pleats to add volume when twirling... great for many occasions! NOTE: Mannequin is a standard size 0 and measures 31-24-34.
