NWOT Blue leather heels with ankle straps, 3 inch block heel

NWOT Blue leather heels with ankle straps, 3 inch block heel. Can tie up lower leg or just around ankle. Size 38 (7.5 US) but runs big, closer to an 8. Is wider than normal width but is not marked as a wide shoe. No brand mark, purchased online from overseas. These have never been worn as they are too large and too wide for me.
