New without tag- I really wanted these but could only buy them wholesale so now I have pairs that I don't need Paisley Print Light Weight Stretch Tiered Bell Bottom Pants 95% poly rayon/ 5% spandex These have a lot of stretch, I usually wear a small and wish they had these in XS because they do stretch quite a bit WAIST MEASUREMENTS Small is approx 12" across Medium is approx 12.5" Large is approx 13" XL is approx 15" For some reason the XL's don't have the brand tag on it
