NWOT Boutique toddler detailed outfit size L or 4t. Removed from package, hung in closet, not worn and now too small. The top has an elastic neckline, bell sleeves and decorative ties at each shoulder. The jeans have red sequins on the lower legs, adjustable waist and purchased distressed.
