NWOT Burgundy and black high low dress

I bought this dress to wear for Christmas last year and didn't end up wearing it so it's just been sitting in a drawer for months. It's super cute though! It's a large, runs a bit small, the top is a burgundy color and it is completely lace, the back of the dress has bows going down the center of it with gaps in between each one, the bottom is a black sheer high low with a black slip underneath it. It's basically brand new besides that it's been sitting in a drawer. Make me an offer! Retail:45$
