NWOT Button Down Dress

Took tags off but never wore… the buttons are functional the full length of the dress (they actually keep the dress buttoned up, not just sewn on for decoration). Tie detail on each sleeve and removable belt at waist. I am 5’2” and the bottom comes to the lower part of my shins… I would say this is somewhere between a midi and maxi dress.
