heynaynay74 @leslieeck28 I am so sorry for this delayed reply...I measured from top of shoulder down to hem at 34" and where the elastic waist drops is about 19". It's like a empire waist and I'm 5'3" 135 pounds and it fits above my knees. Really forgiving as I carry my weight in my chest and midsection. I'd forgotten how cute it is on 😊. I will try and get a pic for you.
