This Caligraphie black shirred top with puffy (balloon style) sleeves is a show stopper! New Without Tags features a loose ruched body, making it look more ruffled than a traditional shirred body. It is edged in a ruffle all the way around the bottom. The baloon style puffy sleeves have a sheer floral organza/ tulle style fabric with a hint of purple accents, red roses, and green leaves. The sleeves can be worn up on shoulders or down on arms with elastic closure at the wrist. Body stretches to fit, and sleeves offer quite a bit of room to move.
