NWOT Cato dressy top

This is brand new, has never been worn. It’s a Cato dressy top with shoulder straps. The shoulder straps and around the neckline is embellished with silver and gold as seen in the pictures. The top is also flow he and fun to wear. Could be a really adorable New Year’s outfit worn with a pair of faux Leather pants and heels. Armpit to armpit measures 20” but has over an inch of stretch along the back. Size XL
