NWOT Chelsea and Violet Tiered cotton maxi skirt

beautiful lightweight skirt in navy, white and orange/red. shirred smocked waist 13"across unstretched, skirt is 32" long with tiered ruffles. fabric similar to roller rabbit in quality and print style. new / never worn but I did take tags off.😕
