This new without tag Capri outfit is by Chez Ami. It is a size 5. The white top is sleeveless, has a button in back and adorable ribbons and ruffles features in front in blue and green. The elastic waist capris are green with blue flowers. The matching hair bow has a barrette and is white with blue and green accents! Love this darling outfit!
