angelamoroso @llfischer09 so, they we’re not worn? Then cleaned in a circular fashion with a scrub brush? The inside name label is worn off? There’s small scratches and stickiness all over them! What exactly did you do to clean them before sending? It kinda damaged them a bit and left some weird film of unpleasantness

llfischer09 @angelamoroso I used Dawn dish soap and a wash cloth. The interior had the sticker price label. I never use a brush in shoes. I’m not certain what happened. I suggest filing a claim with Posh.
