NWOT City Triangles Strappy Sequin Mini Dress

NWOT, never worn City Triangles multicolored sequined mini dress. Unique double straps with a criss cross strappy back. Like new condition with some strings loose but no missing sequins/patchiness visible to me. No stains, rips, or tears. Tag says US 3, (juniors I’m assuming) but would fit a Small, 4 imo since there is stretch. Smoke free home.
