NWOT City Vibe size 13 pink sequin fringe dress

City Vibe size 13 new without tags formal dress. It is hot pink with sequin fringes on the more sheer outer layer, with a solid hot pink inner lining. The top straps are adjustable for a longer or shorter length, and there is a back zipper at the top center with metal hook inside. Outer is 95% polyester/5% spandex, inner lining 100% polyester and dry clean. Underarm to underarm is 17” wide, 14.5” wide at waist seam, 36” wide along the bottom, and 57”-58” long from the top of the dress to bottom- not including the adjustable strap section. Dress is brand new and never worn, tags only removed and stored in plastic garment bag.
