cuteiecscloset @rdomal pit to pit is 21 inches laying flat. mid section about 19 1/2 " laying flat. has stretch. I would say it is true to size . a 2x can wear but 3 x it will be more snug. im sorry but on this price item I can not lower the shipping however today I'm running a clear out closet all clothing item in closet that's over 8 dollars is ONLY 8 so you can bundle and get more fornthe 1 shipping cost. thanks again for checking out closet. happy Friday 😊
