NWOT Colorful Summer Sunday Up Dress Sz S

Bought this dress while traveling in fashion boutique without trying on. Was mesmerized by colors and unique design pattern, unfortunately to short for me. Never had original tag , boutique was promoting local artists, paid $100 for it, but I would love to make someone else happy for half of this price.
