NWOT Converse Ruffle Belted Shirt Dress

NWOT Converse ruffle-front belted button-down shirt dress in size medium. I love versatility! This is a tunic/mini dress that you can wear any way you please. 3/4 sleeves. It has a rat's tail leather wrap tie to cinch the waist and show some curves. There is one row of ruffle on either side of the button-down front that ends just above the waist.
