NWOT Convertible Dress

Brand new, never worn dress/bathing suit cover up in a pretty wine color. Very versatile piece that could also be worn as a high waisted skirt. Light, flowy material, with an intentional wrinkled look. Shirred top can be worn strapless (with attached straps tucked in) or tied around the neck. Brand unknown - purchased in Thailand. Width (pit to pit) = 11 inches (has tons of stretch). Length = 37 inches. Size is considered a one size, fits most. I wear a medium/large, with a 36C bust, and the dress fits me.
