NWOT Copper Union Kaftan

I bought this at a local Seattle Fat event and have just never found the time or place to wear it. So I am hoping it can find a better home. This rainbow sparkly striped kaftan is so soft and stretchy. This material is so fun and feels lovely against the skin! *Kaftans are sized to be roomy and about 50% of people choose to size down one* This is a size 3, i marked the listing as a 4x because the sizing is very generous.
