NWOT Coquette Ruffle+Polka Dot Bustier/Corset

NWOT never worn. Bustier/corset. Black with ruffles and the top and bottom. Bows at the top and bottom, all 3 are removable by pin. Polka dots all through center. Not see through and not much stretch to material. The “boning” (it’s there but not steel bone) lines are a velvet material. Hook closure in back. Size L.
