NWOT Costarellos sz FR 40 (US 8) a-line dress

This is a NWOT Costarellos size FR 40 (US 8) plunging neckline a-line dress. This has never been worn but not tags on it. It is in excellent condition with no defects. It is made of 70% polyester/30% silk and the fabric is silk. There is a polka-dot mesh that covers the V neckline: there is a hidden back zip, asymmetrical hem, sleeveless and it is lined.
