NWOT Cotton Mini Skirt size 32 Waist. Homemade Pre-shrunk fabric ❤️

Adorable mini skirt, with Elastic waistband, size 32" and Stretches to 38" Comfortably. Fabric from Peter Pan Fabrics inc. and is 100% Cotton. Soft like butter. If u look close, u can see the skirt is not finished. I basted all the stitches, because if it dose not sell, than I can add some more material to make it longer lol, so I could wear it.
