NWOT The light blue parts are sheer. SOOOO cute and flattering especially for a night out! There are a couple loose threads (as pictured) but not falling apart at all. Otherwise in brand new condition. Brand: sparkle and fade from urban outfitters but similar to brands like express free people etc
