Beautiful, NWOT, tulle embroidered floral dress, from Dorthy Perkins. Lined from the chest down. Zips in back with button at top. Tiny slit in tulle and smudge on bottom (not noticeable when on, unless really looking for it. Could be repaired/stitched close?) See photo.
