hat is cloth crochet not spandex type however it does have some elasticity at base of cap, never worn, daisy flower comes attached with clip. if you would like a different color daisy, i have others to switch it with, just lmk what color you're looking for! fits 0-6 months in my opinion. be advised there is no tag for absolute sizing! my daughter wore one the same size at 6 months.
