NWOT Dark Navy scoop neck blouse w/button up back

Cute dark navy scalloped sleeve blouse. Great unique top with built in necklace and button up detailed back. You can’t actually button it up. Great for work with grey or beige slacks or casual with medium wash jeans. Worn once it was a little big. Hand wash cold (but could wash cold gentle with intimates), line dry, iron low if needed.
