NWOT Decade Designs Jacket and Skirt Set

Decade Designs Jacket and Skirt very nice set from the 90’s. Please check out the skirt picture you will notice there is seam running through the upper part of the skirt. This creates a closer fit around the hip area and then flares out from the seam to the hem. There is also small spots it looks like a very small pull ( possibly when made). Has shoulder pads.
