NWOT Democracy High Rise Split Hem Itty Bitty Boot

Reposhing this item I purchased from @enjoytwice. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Bought these off of Poshmark recently, tags have been removed, but have not been worn-brand new! Unfortunately, even with a boot, I am just not tall enough and the bottom detail at the ankle is so awesome. I do not want to hear it.
