Waist measures relaxed 14” across front but there are side gore elastic on both sides that stretch to 15.5” across front . Hips are about 20” across and length is 35”

I added extra pictures. I took the belt off and realized there was elastic goring on each side for extra room . Relaxed waist is 14” across front but with stretch it’s 15.5” , which would be a 31” waist. Hips are 20” across front and length is 35”. I hope this helps 🙂
