NWOT Distressed / Cut out Maroon Crop Top

This is something I purchased from another Posher, great color and decent fabric, but it turned out to be shorter than the description and shorter than I wanted. Never worn except to try on, no smoking. Length of body from top of collar to bottom edge is 16". Sleeves around 22".
