NWOT Distressed denim Zara jeans button fly size 4

These are so cute and feel soft but durable. My 13 year old daughter tried them on many times and wanted them to work, but she just doesn’t like wearing jeans. They have not been worn out of the house. They came with distressed edges. I’ll try to add a photo of her trying them on. 11” rise- does that make them high waisted?
