NWOT Dosa OOAK black velvet skirt size small

NWOT / OOAK dosa black velvet skirt. This piece is GORGEOUS and warm, with kantha style hand quilting/stitching on the body of the skirt, connecting the black velvet to the cotton lining. The hem has a 6” border which continues the kantha style stitching over beautiful hand stitched openwork on top of Liberty of London cotton fabric. The waist is fastened with grosgrain ribbon tied at the side, so there is a little play at the waist. Dosa size 2 is equivalent to a US size 4/6.
