NWOT Double-sided dress

NWOT Double-sided dress, size Small. Floral pattern on one side; black and white stripes on the other. Cinches at the waist and rests above the knee (I'm 5'2"). I can't remember where I bought it from so it's listed as Express brand for exposure. Very cute but I haven't had the chance the wear it. Brand new, never worn!
