NWOT Dress

New without tags. Dress has never been worn, just tried on. Dress is a 3/4 length sleeve dress that hits right about mid-thigh. Very flowy dress with a sash detail in the front that can be tied and untied. The color is a burgundy, wine color and the dress is a size small. The approximate measurements of the dress are: Chest (flat-lay = from arm pit to arm pit) : 17" Length (flat-lay = from top of shoulder to bottom hem) : 34" The fabric content of this dress is 100% polyester.
