NWOT Dress Jacket

Brand New dressy jacket with ruffled lapel/collar. Can be worn with or without belt. Pockets are only decorative on front. Lined on the inside - will keep you warm! Love this jacket but I’ve never had an opportunity to wear it and has just been sitting in my closet. 🙁
