NWOT elegant strapless dress. Beautiful bright colors. Sequins and stone and beads decoration across waistband. Pleated bust area. Nonslip piece across the top. Skirt is many scarves. But does have lining underneath, short skirt lining underneath. Never been worn. Size 22. Pit to pit is 22 inches. Length-the skirt part is 42 inches. And the top to the waist is 8.5 inches. The waist measures 21 inches. You won't be disappointed in this one. It's gorgeous.
