NWOT Dressy Casual Flowy Shorts Matching Sash Belt

Brand new, but didn't fit. The garment was washed so the tags are no longer attached, but they're unused . Gorgeous green with a hit of blue, flowy shorts with pockets, and a lovely sash to lace through the belt loops. Can be dressed up or down.
