NWOT EarthBound Dress 💙

Navy with white detail floor length dress with complete cut out back. Bottom is lined, top is not. Cinched at waist. Loose flowy fit. Never worn, brand new. Just too big for me. No flaws. I’m 5’5 so it would’ve drug the floor - so best fit for someone a little taller or worn with wedges for a beautiful summer look.
