NWOT Effy & Joe White w/ Navy Paint Splotch Dress

Brand: Effy and Joe Size: Small, I’d say most likely a 4 Description: New without tags!! I have never worn this dress other than to try it on. This dress does not stretch much, but one you get it on it is so comfortable and breathable! The navy paint splotches are unique and give the dress and fun look. Would be perfect paired with a blazer for a day at the office or to throw on for a night out with the girls! There is no zipper on this dress, so you have to slip it on over your head.
