Thick jersey navy fit and flare mini dress. Dress has a hot pink horizontal stripe on the skirt. Dress is lined in the bust only and had a back hidden zipper. Fabric has some stretch. Dress is brand new and unworn, but has been kept on the sales floor and tried on in store.
