The top layer is a cape that drapes beautifully over arms and back. It's made of 93% Silk and 7% spandex. Worn once to a party. Small, hardly noticeable stain on the bottom left of dress on the cape section. Hidden under fabric folds but worth noting. Could possibly be removed with dry cleaning.
