NWOT Everly Layered Strappy Rose Print Mini Lined White Sundress S/M

This is a darling dress from Everly. I bought this for myself online and it does not fit. I bought it from a boutique that was going out of business and the tags have been removed. It was said to be a medium, but I believe that it is more like a small, it is so cute with a layered fully lined halter style strap fasteners with adjustable straps. The base is white with a rose, print in pink and green. There are no care or fabric tag but I believe this is polyester and I would machine wash and hang dry.
