NWOT Express Cotton Button-Up

I purchased this super lightweight button-up brand new and forgot that I had it, so it's never been worn! The front is tied at the bottom, and the lower back has elastic built-in to make it ultra-flattering 😊 Sleeves can be left down or rolled up and secured with buttons. 100% cotton. I'd say it's between cream and ivory toned. Please see photos for measurements. Comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home!
