NWOT Express dress

NWOT dark green Express long sleeve dress. there are cut out on the top of the sleeves and in the back of the dress. There are 3 cut outs on each sleeve. There are 5 cut outs down the back of the dress. Has a small pick on top right (see last 2 pictures). Measurements- Armpit to bottom of sleeves- about 20 inches Top to bottom of dress - about 31 inches Back cutout goes about 13 inches down Sleeve cutout goes about 7 1/2 inches (on flat surface)
