NWOT Express striped sailor pants

Never worn, practically like new! Striped sailor pants from Express. Ornate decorative buttons, flattering silhouette. So chic. Front button closure. Size 4R. When laying flat they measure 15” wide at waist, 36.5” long, 27.5” inseam. The color is a very dark navy, though it looks black. Approx $80 original retail price.
