*NWOT* FORE Minidress size M

NWOT Minidress from brand FORE, purchased from Princess Polly. Never been worn. Removed tags with intention to wear it to a function but changed mind. Super cute black and white off-the-shoulder minidress. Likely would work better on petite frames as it is on the shorter side lengthwise.
